Here are my current Korean beauty Spring favourites! For Spring I like to focus on keeping my skin well moisturised and oil free. I usually start to go for lighter coverage makeup as the days get hotter and go from heavy smokey winter eyes to classic winged liner and nude lips, and these products cover all that!
♥ Panda’s Dream White Magic Cream
This moisturiser by Tony Moly is perfect for using just before I put my makeup on. It’s gentle, light yet thick and gives it a really nice brightening effect too. I like that it has some decent ingredients in it which help to fade marks. I purchased a bunch of samples of the Panda Cream from beautynetkorea, but once these run out I’ll consider buying a full size.
♥ No-Sebum Mineral Powder
This powder does a really good job at controlling oil. Although at first I was a bit disappointed with the size of the container, it’s actually fine as you only need a few small dabs across the T-zone to stay oil free. The mineral powder is completely translucent on the skin and has a subtle kind of peppermint scent which I really like. This is really helping my makeup look fresher for longer and it’s one of those essential repeat purchase products. I purchased my Innisfree Mineral Powder from i-herb.com
♥ Carbonated Bubble Clay Mask
I’ve seen this all over the internet and I just had to try it out and see the bubbling for myself. Clay masks are usually my go-to for my oily skin, so this appealed to me as well as the crazy foaming and bubbling. It really does foam and puff up so that your face starts looking like a cloud. It makes my skin feel very clean and smooth afterwards, and completely oil free. My favourite part about it is that it can be applied directly over your makeup and clean that away as well as cleansing your skin. Definitely the most fun makeup removal ever! I also grabbed this from i-herb.com
♥ Sailor Moon Liquid Liner
Seriously, isn’t it the coolest liner you’ve ever seen?! My bestie sent this over to me (check out the amazing haul here) after she moved to Korea and I absolutely love it. It’s a true very dark black which I love and quite easy to use, although I wouldn’t recommend it for a first time liquid liner user. It also makes me feel like a total superstar when I use it!
