Many a make up fan stayed up late in NZ last week to catch the chance to order some pieces from the new MAC Osbourne Collection. The mother-daughter duo come together for a two part collection which showcases Kellys vibrant side and Sharons feminine looks.
Both Sharon and Kellys ranges include products for the eyes, face, lips and even brushes, which I think is a really nice range rather than just having a few novelty products. I LOVE the way the packaging looks, it definitely has a personalised look and feel to it too which suits the duo.
I already have some favourites which I am thinking about putting an order in for once it is all back in stock – yup sold out the evening it was released! So far I am loving both of the eye shadow quads, Kellys is a purple based quad and Sharons a more neutral toned palette. ‘Dodgy Girl’ and ‘Kelly Yum Yum’ are my two favourite lip colours in the collection. ‘Dodgy Girl’ is a matte lilac which reminds me a little of my Viva Glam Nicki 2 shade (except Nicki is more pink). ‘Kelly Yum Yum’ is a slightly brighter version of Candy Yum Yum, I have been keen on Candy Yum Yum for awhile, so this might be a good excuse to get the shade with some cool packaging – however I guess it’s a shame that it’s so similar to an already popular shade. Shaaanxo does a perfect comparison of the two lipsticks here.
Sharons Peaches & Cream blush has also really caught my eye as it looks just so fresh, pink and flushed. At first glance I was about to click buy now on the Jumbo Penultimate Eye liner, but I’m thinking I’ll go with the usual slim Penultimate eye liner for better control.
The products price range is from $40 for a lip liner to $108 for the Flat Buffer brush in Kellys collection (NZD).
